Steve Riley President
Steve Riley has over 20 years of programming experience including
extensive C++, OpenGL, DirectX, OpenSceneGraph, Viskit and C# and
.net experience. He has developed for and managed development for
Windows, the GameCube, the XBox, the PS/2 as well as UNIX and Linux
variations. His extensive background includes game industry work
with Legend Entertainment, Aeon Entertainment, Paradigm
Entertainment on the development of 6 shipping titles. He was
director of development at All-Source Processing where he worked
with hardware engineers to support OpenGL through Mesa with custom
built asics that used a voxel based terrain rendering technique.
Steve has developed a number of analysis techniques for situational
awareness including shadow volume support and dynamic terrain
generation from dted and cib imagery files for the intelligence and
homeland security community.

Kim Biscoe Senior Consultant
Kim Biscoe has over 18 years experience in software development,
production and management. His extensive background includes
coordinating the production and development of over 16 PC & video games for award winning companies such as:
Disney Interactive, Mindscape, The Learning Company, Microprose, and
Zombie.
He has been at the helm of several innovative internet startups and
has played a crucial role in contract procurement and negotiations
in both the game industry and internet space. His tenured savvy
makes him an extremely effective business development and production
asset. He has decades of industry experience giving him the critical
insights of product development and deployment.

Bill Becker Senior Consultant
Bill Becker has over 19 years as an IT project manager, analyst, and
programmer with a proven track record developing profitable and
critically acclaimed PC and video games. Bill possesses a unique
combination of management, design, and technical capabilities with a
demonstrated ability to communicate with clients, lead diverse teams,
and expertly juggle multiple duties while maintaining the highest
quality standards.
Developer / Human Factors Specialist
Dr. Craig Scoughton Senior Consultant
Dr. Scoughton has over 25 years of experience in systems and
software design and development, as well as program management. He
holds a PhD and MA in Human Factors; as well as a BS in Physics and
Psychology from the University of South Dakota. He has two decades
of experience in avionics system and software development. This work
involved user interface design, requirements analysis and
supervision of avionics systems and software used in operational,
mission planning and mission rehearsal systems. His extensive
background also includes software development in C++ and OpenGL for
terrain and feature visualization as well as participation in
building products for the computer game industry. Most recently he
lead the development of a wireless hand-held terminal which connects
to a server on the exchange floor of the stock exchange to
facilitate option and equity orders and execution of trades.

Eric Gurtner Senior Consultant
Eric Gurtner has over 12 years experience in 3D and 2D technical and
artistic development. His career range covers the gaming industry,
television broadcast production, web development, and independent
custom model and database production. Eric received a BFA in
sculpture from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1992 giving him a
solid understanding of both real world objects and how they are best
represented in virtual spaces. He is a veteran of computer art and
modeling tools going as far back as 3D Studio Max 1.0, AutoDesk
Animator and Deluxe Paint 2. His skill sets also include web
development, as well as server and web server administration under
both Linux and Windows. Eric's creative flair and true artistic mind
set combined with his ability to understand and master technical
software, systems and problems make him invaluable for what he does
best - map the real world and the one of his imagination to virtual
ones.

and coordination. Since 1983 she has successfully maintained and
organized the professional affairs exclusively of executives,
including 3 presidents and one vice president. Kathy has managed her
own support staff, as well as providing accounting, scheduling and
communication support for both small startups and executives at
Fortune 500 companies. In addition, she has experience maintaining
architectural web pages, recruited and training new hires, managing
contracts, and doing cost analysis for company procurements and
contract deployment.
